Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you order from RUDY DAN. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and send them back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
